Chaz Hahn is the Meat Cook at the fancy Spagio restaurant. Before that he has had a hand in many service restaurants around Grandview and High St. as anything from a busboy, to a bartender, and cook. His hard work as a cook is to make you the customer happy and Chaz understands that satisfying the customer doesn’t just end when he hands the plate to your waiter. You’ll understand after hearing this interview that passion for what you do means doing whatever it takes to be a part of it. Chaz’s ultimate goal is to be a chef someday and while we wait for that restaurant to open stop by Spagio’s for Tuesday & Wednesday Prime Rib Night which he will prepare personally.
